This month, we've been focusing heavily on Emotional Eating and the importance of both Physical and Mental Nourishment.

However, a while ago, when I was working through a "danger zone" exercise with my clients in the Stop Binge Eating Program to help them identify situations that tend to trip them up during the day so that we can build in preventive measures, one of the common "danger zones" is being too tired in the evening so they end up grabbing the most convenient meals or ordering takeaways.


That's why I want to help you remove this danger zone too by being better prepared.
