3 Things to Get Right to Hit Your First Weight Loss Milestone

Victories are made up of a series of small wins. That’s why in the Stop Binge Eating Program, we focus on practical action steps that build on previous steps, setting weekly goals and getting you your wins, so that it’s easy for you to stay focused and motivated! I would like to share a sneak peek into the very first win you will get once you start SBEP…which is stopping overeating!! Yes, it’s called the Stop Binge Eating Program, but I help you achieve A LOT MORE than just stopping overeating—because stopping overeating is just the first and foremost step, and what follows will help you get to the real dream, help you lose weight and maintain your progress for LIFE! I’ve witnessed soooo many amazing clients who’ve managed to stop binge eating in as little as 1-2 weeks. I’m honestly so happy for them, because they don’t need to waste many more years (or even decades) jumping from diet to diet hoping it’ll get them the weight loss results they’ve dreamed of for so long.

Here are 3 steps we cover in the program that would help you to get your first quick win (of course we dive a lot deeper in the program and guide you through each of them step by step):

1. Eat to satisfy both the body (nutrients) and the brain (cravings).

Diet culture teaches you to NOT listen to your body and encourages you to literally starve yourself. This likely means you’ll need to religiously count calories, or cut out your foods (while those cakes on the table scream your name all day long)…What you’re doing just makes these symptoms worse.

2. Understand what is actually underneath your craving!

Is it physical hunger? Is it emotional hunger? Is it a blood sugar rollercoaster? Is it habitual? Is it because you’ve been depriving yourself of what you like? Are you meeting your other (i.e. non-physical) needs? I literally give you checklists so you get to the bottom of your craving so you know what you need to do.

3. Stop trying harder.

“Easy” and “lazy” are not bad. There’s no reason you should go down the hard route if there’s an easier way. What needs to change is your mindset…believing that “if I try harder, or if I have more willpower, I can succeed” is what keeps you stuck in the rabbit hole. You just need simple, easy proven steps and follow them. Why go down the difficult route if you can choose an easier, proven one?

Once you’re in, you’ll learn:

  • how to lose weight without feeling starved, depriving yourself, or religiously counting calories!

  • how to eat your favorite foods without losing control (I give you tips and strategies for different “food” situations too--like eating out, buffet, food pushers, travelling, everything you can imagine)

  • coping skills to manage your urges, cravings, emotions and negative thoughts so you don't have to worry about losing control

  • how to maintain your progress for life (no more losing and gaining the same weight…that’s just plain frustrating and depressing…your energy can be much better used elsewhere, I promise).

No hard work involved. (and don’t forget, I literally hold your hands to walk you through each and every step and keep you accountable, so you’re never alone in this journey--just imagine how life will be completely different in a few months' time!)

If you're ready to fast-track your progress and say goodbye to yo-yo dieting, emotional eating, constant snacking, and binge eating and finally lose weight for good, make sure you check out the Stop Binge Eating Program, which gives you a proven, step-by-step roadmap to help you lose weight for good without feeling deprived!
