Shocking Facts About Eating Out: How to Eat More Home-Cooked Meals

😲 Did you know that when you eat out at a restaurant (or order takeout) ...

You can end up eating almost all of your day’s calories in ONE MEAL?

(I'm not encouraging you to obsess over calories, but it's still kinda important to know because calories matter because it's the science behind)

🍽 Plus, studies show you take in more saturated fat, overall fat, and sodium than you would if you ate at home!

🍱 How many times a week do you eat out?

That’s why I created this MEAL PLANNING AND PREPPING SERIES this month to encourage you to do more planning and prepping, give you inspiration to eat at home with actual meals you make yourself and most importantly, make you feel EMPOWERED that you can do it. It's not as challenging as most people believe it to be.

⚡A few shocking facts:

the average fast-food order comes in at between 1,200-1,800 calories.

That’s a HUGE chunk of your recommended daily intake, which for women ranges from 1600 to 2,400 calories a day, and for men goes from 2000 to 3000 calories a day, depending on your body and activity level.

😲 Sit-down restaurant meals also average over 1300-1800!!!

Take a few minutes to sit down and PLAN your meals for the week, and include leftovers – then get cooking!

💡You’ll be amazed at the difference this can make in how you feel AND your results!
