Recipe: Chia Pudding

Serves 1


chia pudding

  • 100ml milk or non-dairy alternative (e.g. oat milk, almond milk)

  • 15ml chia seeds

  • optional: 1 tbs honey

(optional) toppings

  • topping ideas: granola, berries, nuts, nut butter

  • flavoring ideas: vanilla, orange/lemon extract, cocoa/cacao powder, matcha powder


  • Combine milk, chia seeds, honey (if using), and vanilla/cocoa (if using) in a bowl and whisk until well-combined.

  • Chill your chia pudding for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Top with desired toppings and serve.
