Dreaming will not get you results. Focus on this

This is the last part of the 4-part goal-setting series. Scroll to the bottom to see the previous 3 parts.



Setting goals is easy. Achieving them is not.

The difference between those who achieve their goals and those who do not is: ACTION.


In this episode, we dive deeper into what counts as action (but what doesn't).


Spoiler alert:

Buying a gym membership, new trainers, diet products, or a new food processor without taking full advantage or even using them does not count as "action"...even though we all like to think we're doing something.




Episode Summary

If you want results, you have to work ON getting closer to the goal, not work on the things around the goal, like creating workout playlists, buying health products, and sports gear.


Don't get hung up on the prep (although a lot of the exciting part is in the dreaming process).


Imperfect action is better than Perfect Inaction.
