Overcome Emotional Eating With the APPLE method

Too often, emotional eaters stuff their feelings... To the outside world, Sylvia was confident and capable. She's a high-achieving lawyer and a loving wife and the same time, she prioritized everyone and everything else before her own needs...clients, work, family... As a result, she often felt stressed, angry, burnt out...and she sought comfort from food...

The first week she worked through the Stop Binge Eating Program, she had this epiphany, "I'm just starting to realize how much I was using food as an emotional crutch. During her time in the Stop Binge Eating Program, because of her newfound insight into her behavioral patterns, she's able to create a targeted plan for each of her common triggering scenario and emotion...

She's also able to pre-empt these situations before they get overwhelming and therefore prevent these emotional eating episodes.

I feel empowered to ask for what I want and I feel like I'm taking much better care of myself. The interesting thing is-this actually also benefits those around me." "I get it now. I'm more in touch with how I feel and I feel confident in expressing my feelings in healthier ways, so I don't feel the need to fill those gaps with food"
